Description

As an annotator sometimes I am reluctant to share my annotations publicly or would like to take a first pass of an article privately before sharing my annotations with others. Because H doesn't have the ability to make private annotations and then convert them to be public/share them with others I may be tempted to not use H for the entire process and it may require more work for me to use H as I end up having two copies of my annotations (private and public). Having the ability to keep annotations private and then make them public or share only certain annotations of my choice after the fact would allow me to gradually learn how to and feel more comfortable participating in the community.

Note you can do this by editing an annotation and changing the group from only me to the group you want to share it with. Note this takes a couple clicks and it would be helpful if there was simply a "share with/share now button". Another way of doing this is something similar to github's review process where you start a review and your annotations aren't public until you click the complete review.
