Recent Tags as an alternative to Top Tags in activity pages

A user request:

> the top tag REBRXF5 is on a page that we were working on, and no longer exists. Instead of "Top Tags", could we do "most recent tags"?

I can confirm the problem. Here are mine:


The top tags are no longer of interest. They pertain to once-active investigations that I've long since finished. I'd much prefer Recent Tags, perhaps with Top Tags as a non-default option.

Start by reviewing the activity pages where “Top Tags” is shown and determine how tags are currently selected and displayed. Define whether recent tags replace the default or remain an option, then verify the chosen behavior against the reported use case and the existing activity-page experience.
