Annotation card not staying inline with selection

### Steps to reproduce
1. I'm annotating on this article: https://www.justinobeirne.com/google-maps-moat
2. I can highlight text and make the annotation, but when I post it to "only me" the page scrolls back up to the top.
3. When I click on the card, it does not take me back to the selection.

### Expected behaviour
Tell us what should happen.
Annotation card should stay next to the selected text.
When I click on the card, it should take me to the text.

### Actual behaviour
Tell us what happens instead.
Page scrolls back to top.

I feel like I've seen this before, but with scrolling to the bottom instead of the top.

Reproduce the issue on the linked article in Firefox using a private annotation, then inspect the annotation card and selection-scrolling behavior in the frontend. Done means the card remains beside the selected text after posting and clicking the card returns to that text without jumping to the top.
