Client's "create a free account or log in" banner is different height than adjacent "Hide Highlights" button

Is this an easy design fix? Make the "create a free account or log in" banner a few pixels less tall, so it's the same height as the eye button, and align them?

Use the screenshot and issue description to locate the client account banner and adjacent Hide Highlights button in the product code. Compare their rendered heights and alignment, then verify that both controls share the same top and bottom edges without changing their intended labels or behavior.
