Client's "Show all annotations" is different height than adjacent "Hide Highlights" button

Is this a simple design fix? Make the _Show all annotations_ button a couple of pixels less tall?

The bottoms of these two buttons are aligned:

But the tops of the two buttons are not aligned because the _Show all annotations_ button is taller.

The issue concerns the client UI's “Show all annotations” and “Hide Highlights” buttons and includes a screenshot, but names no file or test. Locate the implementation of those button labels, compare their rendered heights, and verify that their top and bottom edges align without affecting the eye button's shadow.
