prevent h from interfering with common apps that load into an H-active tab

We implemented https://hypothes.is/admin/badge to disable the badge count in places where it's not helpful. So far there's not much on the blacklist there:

%//mail.google.com% Remove
%//facebook.com% Remove
%//www.facebook.com%

Nowadays, I'm have increasing trouble when I use sites like that -- or Slack, or others -- and H is active when the app opens in a tab. I had to kill both GMail and Slack tabs today when that happened, and reopen those apps without H.

So I am wondering if we can/should extend /admin/badge to enumerate sites where it causes trouble. Better would be to figure out why we're interfering with those apps and solve the problem, but meanwhile perhaps we can mitigate?
