View all option in scope selector

As a member of a number of groups, when I arrive on a document sometimes I can't remember which group I was in when I annotated a page. It would be nice if there was:

1) a "show all" option that revealed all annotations on the page across groups or perhaps even radio buttons allowing me to select and view multiple groups at once.

and/or

2) numbers of annotations next to group names in the drop down with active groups on the page highlighted. @judell has prototyped this.

The issue names the scope selector and Judell's prototype but no file or test. Start by reviewing the existing selector and prototype, then clarify whether the goal is showing all annotations, selecting multiple groups, displaying counts, or highlighting active groups. Done should be an agreed behavior implemented and verified for group annotations.
