Description
As detailed in our [Product Life Cycle document](https://www.notion.so/Product-life-cycle-352393a573b249a6ae06fc5ff1df53e2) we have a phase based upon Discovery. This is a chance to really get into the Product Manager role, find out and research a problem and really dig into some creative work with the Engineering team.
- [ ] **Product Manager** book in a call with the VP of Engineering to discuss what your first Project should be.
- [ ] **VP of Engineering** assign a first Project for Product Manager to start the Discovery phase.
- [ ] **Product Manager** schedule this into the Product Engineering sync call.
- [ ] **Product Manager** get to a point where the document has a Problem, Outcome, Risks, Collaborators and rough Solution.
