Description
There are various Hypothesis onboarding documents on GitHub or elsewhere. Now that we're moving stuff to the [new onboarding repo](https://github.com/hypothesis/onboarding) these old docs should be deleted, tombstoned, marked as deprecated, moved into an archive folder, or something:

I believe this has been superseded by the "Anno Onboarding" doc (see below).
