Find out how to get to student-focused view from Blackboard Grade Center

This is a request feature addition, as it was not part of our original requirements when we built grading for BB.

## User story
As a teacher, when I am viewing a student's grade in the Blackboard Grade Center, I would like to follow the link from the grade entry to the assignment to see that student's contributions.

## Background
When I grade a student's annotations, the grade is sent to the Blackboard Grade Center, which you can access in the left navigation menu under Course Management > Full Grade Center:

From there, you can hover over the grade to pull up a drop-down arrow and click "Grade User Activity":

This link will take you to the assignment, with the grading UI enabled, but not focused to the student:

If possible, it would be great to have the "Grade User Activity" link lead to the assignment with the sidebar focused on that student's annotations.

It might not be possible to make this happen, but it would be good to look into it.
