Third-party annotations are appearing in RSS and Atom feeds

Third-party annotations are showing in the feeds at and . These include links to the HTML pages for the annotations, which don't work for third-party annotations. They don't appear to contain bouncer links (which also don't work for third-party annotations) though.


Possible solutions:

1. Remove third-party annotations from feeds
2. Leave them in, but remove the HTML links from them

I'm not really sure what content the feeds are supposed to contain, these days. It's not the same stream of annotations as is shown on the page. For example it includes replies which the search page doesn't, it isn't bucketed by document like the search page is, and the number of annotations per page is different.
