Hide highlights in notebook

Both the notebook view and activity pages currently include highlights - by which I mean annotations with no associated comment or tags. I don't think these are very useful to see in these views in most cases. I would prefer that they don't appear in this view, at least not by default. It might be useful to still show some indicator that I visited the page and made some highlights, if the URL wouldn't otherwise appear in the notebook.

The simplest solution I can suggest for this is a "Show highlights" toggle which is off by default and causes highlights not to appear in the list, or be "minimized" somehow, if not checked.
