### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to https://internethealthreport.org/v01/privacy-and-security/?utm_source=dev-newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=jan26

2. Select a rotated text from any of the graphics

3. Anotate it

4. The text disapears!

5. Even if I use another browser (Chromium), the text has still disappeared.

### Expected behaviour
Rotated text should be highlighted like it happens with normal text.

### Actual behaviour
Rotated text disapears.

### Browser/system information
Firefox 50 in Fedora 25, but the bug also appears in Chromium and even in Firefox for Android

### Additional details
Something weird about this bug: the text rotated at 45° appears again some minutes after, but the text rotated at 90° does not appear again.
