Description
We've already kicked-off Checkmate's allow-list with a widened version of a list of all annotated domains extracted from h, plus a list of the 1000 most popular sites found on Google. Import more lists of known safe sites that people are likely to want to annotate. Ideas:
* Safe two-letter TLD's (apparently `.va` and `.qa`?) (believed safe because sites can't be registered by individuals?)
* Educational and academic
* Military and government sites
* Newspapers and scholarly, educational and publisher sites
* Other categories?
