Automatic Tagging and Global Search Feedback

Hello,

I have 2 features requests if possible.

1 . Automatic Tagging: Let's say I am in a pages that I want to tag all annotations associated with specific tag. It would be more convenient to have a setting to add tag(s) that all subsequent annotations in that page would inherit from.

2. Global search: I like that feature in Worldbrain Memex, and would love to see it in hypothesis. Whenever you search in google, you get an additional panel that searches all your annotations for the entered keywords.
