Adding tags in bulk easily

This is a a very basic functionality that all users wait for: being able to take all annotations from a website and attach a set of tags for all. Until this is not enable, I find very time-consuming to have to do it manually for each annotation. It should be possible from the user `https://hypothes.is/users/USER?q=` page, to select annotations and assign a tag easily.
