[Feature Request] Toggle Setting to optionally turn off the behavior that opens the sidebar when highlighted text is clicked

Small Suggestion: a toggle option to {manually || automatically-which is the default} open the sidebar
...instead of having it open every time a highlighted text is clicked.

It is annoying when the Hypothesis sidebar pops open when in that moment I just want to interact with the text.

Compromise: Perhaps have the area on the text that activates the side bar, to be much smaller ex: just the 1st word in the sentence of the Hypothesis-highlighted text
