[Feature]: Context Aware Messages

Normal Chat Messages, Webhooks and embeds should be context aware.

This means, for example, advancement messages, should be able to get access to:

- Advancement Title
- Advancement Message
- Advancement Icon
- Raw Message
- Config message

Same for other messages like chat, commands, etc
