[BUG] Random crash because of a "duplicate position"

**Describe the bug**
Sometimes the game will crash if MoreCreativeTabs is present (using the updated 1.3.0 snapshot) seemingly because the inject validation fails and a custom tab is in the same position as a vanilla tab. Once this happens a single time, the game will permanently crash while loading until MoreCreativeTabs is removed.

**To Reproduce**
Unsure, the crash seems to happen at a random point

**Expected behavior**
The inject validation should not fail and the creative tabs should work as normal.
