"packages" section won't work perfectly

Some feature's not supporting "packages".

When implementing features:

// this should be used.
context.pluginValue('prototypes.methods.encode')
```

```
// there's sth like this, which should be replaced with previous one:
context.options.prototypes.methods.encode
```
