## Overview
Not long since developing this codebase, and we already have very messy codebase and yaml files. We need to use templating properly and figure out a way to have a cleaner templating and `genesis.yaml` and `validator.yaml` files.

Start by reviewing the current templating setup and the genesis.yaml and validator.yaml files to identify duplicated or inconsistent patterns. Define a concrete cleanup scope before changing anything; done should mean the files use a consistent templating approach and remain valid for the existing development workflow.
