cosmos kit address not updating when switching keplr address after closing tab

Description
the address showing in the cosmos kit as connected does not update in this particular flow:
1. connect your webApp to keplr using comos kit
2. close the webApp tab
3. go to keplr extension and switch the address to a different address
4. open the webApp and let cosmos kit auto load the keplr data
5. the connected address shown is still the old address and not the newly switched address.
