Images in fullscreen cover the close button, delete and page count

Following this [issue](https://github.com/hyperoslo/Lightbox/issues/229#issuecomment-523589760), I have to set the modal to be presented in fullscreen. However, the image fills the whole screen and overlaps with the close icon, delete icon and the page count at the bottom (even in popover). How would I make it so that the image fits in-between the two red lines on [this screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/dW2OT4H.png)? I've tried a few different presentation styles with no success. I also had to disable the dynamic background because of intense lag.

Outside of the current context, is there an ETA for the release of [this ](https://github.com/hyperoslo/Lightbox/issues/271#issuecomment-770169215)fix (index still out of range when I delete)?
