Description

Set up issue-management infrastructure for the repo: auto-triage incoming issues with labels (bug, feature, question, runtime-specific, and so on) via a GitHub Action or bot, create a GitHub Project board to track work across milestones, and route PRs to the right reviewers through CODEOWNERS or a review-assignment workflow. See Repo Assist for the general vision: https://dsyme.net/2026/02/25/repo-assist-a-repository-assistant/

Research direction

Start with the linked Repo Assist vision, then map the requested GitHub Action or bot, Project board, and CODEOWNERS or review-assignment workflow. Done means incoming issues receive the intended labels, work can be tracked across milestones, and pull requests are routed to appropriate reviewers.
