Add binaries for external builder on release assets

Hello,

For some security reasons / internal policies , I don't use the public HLF image, I rebuild the images with the resources provided in each version.
But as the binaries used for the external builder are not provided in the assets, I have to apply a tricky workaround to get these binaries.

So, is it possible to add in the asset the binaries used with the external builder configuration in the next releases?
