Description
Develop comprehensive integration tests that validate high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of the fabric-x-evm system. Create test scenarios including Gateway replica failover where one replica fails and traffic shifts to another, database failure and recovery, network partitions between components, and complete site failure requiring recovery at a secondary location. Verify that during failures, the system continues serving requests with minimal disruption, no data is lost, and recovery procedures work as documented. Test both planned failovers (graceful shutdown and restart) and unplanned failures (abrupt termination). Measure recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) to quantify the system's resilience. Document any limitations or known issues with HA/DR capabilities and provide operational runbooks for common failure scenarios.

Research direction
The issue does not name files, existing tests, or entry points. Start by locating the repository's integration-test and deployment setup, then map how Gateway replicas, databases, network links, and secondary-site recovery are configured. Done means planned and unplanned failure scenarios measure RTO/RPO, verify service continuity and data preservation, and produce documented limitations and operational runbooks.
