FPC-1.0 conformant replacement for auction example/integration test

**Description**

The auction example doesn't match our FPC Lite programming model restrictions yet is our main test scenario our integration tests automatically exercise. Hence, would be desirable to replace it with something which does not rely on conditional revelation based on private ledger state. Ideally, it would match an example from `fabric-samples` (assuming we find one which also matches the FPC lite restrictions)
