[es] transaction responses point to glossary.html#response which not exists

[Here](https://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.2/network/network.html), under [Certificate Authorities](https://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.2/network/network.html#certificate-authorities), *transaction responses* point to [glossary.html#response](https://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.2/glossary.html#response) which not exists. I checked and *response* never existed since release-1.1 (the older at Read the Docs). At the other hand, *transaction responses* started with release-1.3 (it doesn't exists at 1.2).

I am starting with Hyperledger Fabric (and Hyperledger in general), so I am not sure where to point.

Inspect the Certificate Authorities section of network.html and the referenced glossary.html page in the Spanish documentation. Confirm the intended destination for “transaction responses” and verify that the corrected reference resolves to an existing anchor; the issue is done when the link no longer points to the missing response anchor.
