Upgrade VDR driver to support Cardano VDR driver

### Proposed Feature

- Upgrade the VDR (Verifiable Data Registry) driver to the latest version and configure it to support Cardano VDR integration.
- Update all relevant documentation to reflect changes in configuration, API usage, and Cardano-specific features.

### Feature Description

The goal of this feature is to enhance the cloud-agent's interoperability by leveraging Cardano as a supported VDR backend. After upgrading the VDR driver and completing the necessary configuration steps, the API should be able to:

- Write arbitrary data to Cardano transactions using the Cardano VDR driver.
- Read arbitrary data from Cardano transactions, enabling retrieval of credential data, schema information, and other relevant artifacts stored on-chain.
