Fetching operations with details doesn't seem possible

Maybe this is just user error, but I don't see how it's possible to pass the fetchstatus flag when querying the getOperation endpoint. I think the only flags supported are confirm and publish (looking at http.ts mapConfig function), otherwise only query endpoints (like getOperations) allow for query params.
