Add Discord trigger for integration test failures

Integration test failures aren't currently surfaced in any visible forum. Seems like a post to the FireFly Discord would be helpful to draw attention to these.

Perhaps adding a [Discord action](https://github.com/marketplace?type=actions&query=discord+) to the [workflow](https://github.com/hyperledger/firefly/blob/main/.github/workflows/integration.yml)?
