Description
Currently, one does not simple create own project based on provided examples because almost all examples depends on internal structure TokioIo.
PS: already found TokioIo in hyper-util crate. At least, it should be added to
https://github.com/hyperium/hyper/tree/master/examples#dependencies

Research direction
Start with the examples directory and compare its dependency declarations with the TokioIo implementation in hyper-util. Check which examples depend on the internal benches/support/tokiort.rs path and determine the dependency information needed to make them usable from a project. Done means the examples no longer require that internal structure and the examples documentation lists the required hyper-util dependency.
