Description
AddrIncoming::bind calls tokio::net::tcp::listener::TcpListener::from_std, which panics if you're not currently in async context. This is unfortunate because the method is synchronous.

Research direction
Start at AddrIncoming::bind and inspect its call to tokio::net::tcp::listener::TcpListener::from_std. Reproduce the synchronous bind outside a Tokio async context, then verify that the completed change no longer panics in that scenario while preserving normal binding behavior.
