Description
Cljs macroexpansion needs to sequence test steps using a continuation passing style (we cannot block on a js runtime)
Current rewriting does not sequence steps correctly, the problem is exhibited by rcf/with.

Research direction
Start by examining the ClojureScript macroexpansion and rewriting path used by rcf/with. Trace how test steps are currently expanded and identify where sequencing fails without blocking the JavaScript runtime. Done means the steps execute in order through continuation-passing style, with the existing rcf/with behavior corrected.
