Description
Right now you can define a webhook/alert detail, but you can't actually see the webhook description when selecting a destination in the alert creation modal for a saved search or for chart alerts which is confusing.
Additionally, alert description UI is really hard to see in the settings page.

Research direction
Start by locating the alert creation modal for saved-search and chart alerts, then inspect the settings page components that render alert descriptions. Confirm how saved webhook details are represented before making the descriptions visible in destination selection and improving their readability in settings; done means both screens clearly show the relevant details.
