Research direction
Start at the filter box's handling for switching between Lucene and SQL modes, then inspect the existing parsing or conversion paths for both syntaxes. Done means an expression such as TraceID: xyz is automatically shown as TraceID == 'xyz' after switching to SQL, with equivalent behavior for the supported filter syntax.
