Description
perses.dev introduces an open specification for dashboard building. We should investigate what would it take to support interoperability with the Perses spec and whether our internal dashboard representations should align closer with the spec as well.
Perses also recently added support for ClickHouse - which should help us in making things compatible.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Perses dashboard specification and HyperDX's internal dashboard representations, then examine how the existing ClickHouse support could affect interoperability. Done means documenting the compatibility gaps, the work needed to support the Perses spec, and whether the internal representations should align with it.
