Description
A folder you can export files into and make changes to with external programs. Hydrus will then detect the change, import it back in and associate the old hash with the new, tranferring over tags, ratings, and relationships depending on settings. Or just flag both as potential duplicates, depending on settings and current Hydrus capability.
Until Hydrus gets internal support for things like waifu2x or compression this could function as an alternative for the people wishing to use them.
