Description
Think i want an option to drag files from the media viewer from ANYWHERE, not just the small green arrow button.
Either have a button to be held as you do it.
Or have a larger zone than the small button to do it.
Shift isnt doing anything atm i believe.
Either having shift to drag file out for uploads to discord and so on.
Or move the pan option to shift (maybe an option for that?)
Alternative, make the whole top bar draggable for files.

Research direction
Start by locating the media viewer implementation and the current drag behavior for the small green arrow button. Review how Shift and pan are handled, then determine which proposed interaction should be selected and how it can be verified by dragging a file from the viewer into an external upload target.
