Thoughts post first live class

- Move discussion of what classes and IDs are higher up in the document, discuss how it glues the 3 languages together
- Add some CSS examples into the `sparks.md` area with essential properties (use example of styling a button)
- De-emphasize the typing / grammar stuff even sooner
- Add an additional javascript example, discuss diff between gui and scripting JS. Perhaps make a contrived form submission and async modal request.
- Add some examples of contrast to accessibility region (NY times contrast breakdown worked well)
- Add feedback form to collect improvements + wishlist items from participants who lack github accounts
