Description
众所周知，洛谷的 CF 赛制坏掉了。不过洛谷的 CF 赛制好像还能 VP CF 的比赛但不能自行命题
因此，有的人想打中文版 CF 赛制比赛就打不了。
所以，希望 HydroOJ 开发出 CF 赛制并举办 CF 赛制比赛。
