Pindel version v0.2.5b9 does not exist at (pindels official github)[https://github.com/genome/pindel], not sure where bioconda gets it from. We should have a docker for the official tag (v0.2.5b8)[https://github.com/genome/pindel/tree/v0.2.5b8]
