Description
**Description:** Add tags to cards and a search input that filters cards by front/back text or tags. UI should let users filter by tag.
**Acceptance criteria:**
Cards can have tags added/removed.
Search input filters cards by text in front/back and by tag selection.
Filtered results update in real-time.
