Description
**Description:** Implement tag index and tag pages: clicking a tag filters posts to that tag; a tag-cloud or list summarizes tags.
**Acceptance criteria:**
Clicking a tag filters the post list to posts containing that tag.
Tag index shows all tags and counts of posts per tag.
Difficulty: Easy
