Description
**Description:** Implement drafts: autosave the current editor state to localStorage periodically and list available drafts for restoration.
**Acceptance criteria:**
Editor state autosaves at interval or on change.
Drafts list shows saved drafts and users can restore a draft to the editor.
Drafts persist through page reloads.
