**Description:** Introduce categories to group posts (e.g., Tech, Travel, Lifestyle). Each post can belong to one category.
**Acceptance criteria:**
Post creation/edit form has a dropdown to select a category.
Categories displayed at the top of Explore page for quick filtering.
Clicking a category filters posts by that category.
Category shown on post cards.
