Serve github pages from master branch?

`master` was left in a non-working state because work was done on `gh-pages` ( https://github.com/humphd/sfxr.js/pull/1 fixes `master`, but not `gh-pages`)

Github now supports serving pages directly from the master branch (just change the `Source` under `GitHub Pages` in https://github.com/humphd/sfxr.js/settings ), which would let you get rid of gh-pages and keep everything in one branch.

Review pull request #1 and the repository's GitHub Pages settings, especially the current Source branch. Change the Pages source to master and verify the site is served correctly from that branch, with gh-pages no longer required.
