Sync media settings with the Media site

Visiting the Settings -> Media screen on a sub-site will show you settings that don't necessarily reflect those on the central media site. These settings needs to be synchronised, or they need to be disabled on individual sites and replaced with a link to the central media site.

Start at the Settings -> Media screen for sub-sites and trace how its values are loaded compared with the central media site. Determine which of the two stated outcomes is intended—synchronizing the settings or disabling them and linking to the central site—then verify that sub-site settings consistently reflect that decision.
