Description
This new handbook theme is lovely and looks like something that could be used as a generic theme on any internal HM site that isn't a P2.
It would make a great parent theme for [the Catalog](https://github.com/humanmade/Human-Made-website/pull/901), and probably also [Facts Against Humanity](https://facts.hmn.md/) with the addition of some BuddyPress-specific styles.
We should rename the theme to something generic. `Matlock` anyone?
