Description
## Issue Description
After publishing a post, navigating to the front page doesn't show the post.
## Steps to reproduce:
1. Click `New Post` and publish a post.
2. Note that you're redirected to the post permalink.
3. Click the H2 logo to return to the front page.
4. Observe that the post is not show and requires a reload in order to appear.
## Expected Result:
The new post would appear as soon as the user navigates to the front page.
